  1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites all interested suppliers to submit proposal for the requirement for Comprehensive General Home Pest Control treatment of Jade Building for one year:

    2. Scope of Work:

    • Target Pest: crawling and flying insects, rodents.
    • Residual surface spraying, misting, and defogging of insecticides solution using non-toxic/FPA approved chemicals.
    • Abatements program for rodents.
    • Gel Baiting for cockroaches and ants.
    • Gathering of Final Results. Recommendation for assurance that the Pest Control Program is effective.


  2. Approved Budget for the Contract is Php 90,000.00.


  3. All interested suppliers may submit proposal at the Administrative Department, Second Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Gil Puyat Ave., Makati, and/or through telefax no. 897-32-32 on or before 2:00 p.m. of February 06, 2012.

  5. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all Bids/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
